Thanks for the clarification dopester. My brother is a foster parent so I think we're seeing two different sides of the same picture. By state care I think you are thinking of children's homes, yes? Thankfully in reality the state does its best to ensure that most kids end up in foster homes. It isn't easy having a total stranger - probably at the most disturbed time in their lives - end up in your home, but foster parents do an amazing job of trying to fill in those gaps in the care that parents can't give.Please stay safe in the sun and learn the A-E of melanoma: A = asymmetry, B = irregular borders, C= different colours, D= diameter, larger than 6mm, E = evolving, is your mole changing? Most moles are not cancerous, any doubts, please check next time you visit your GP.

the talentless trollope did nothing to earn any of that money, and was so careless with it that i don't feel sorry for her. she's a good example of exactly what is going wrong in this celebrity obsessed country.0

The easier money comes the easier it goes. No doubt it won't be long until we see her gracing the front page of some 'celebrity' magazine being handsomely paid for a story about 'My Poverty Hell' or something similar.0
