O2 Itemised billing
My O2 contract billing date starts 3rd every month.
However this month bill generated on 3rd Feb lists calls made on 2nd Jan. I expected this call will be part of bill generated on 3rd Jan.
Same case with previous bills also, The bill generated on 3rd Jan had calls made on 1st Dec and 2nd Dec (as many as 6 calls) and some of the 2nd Jan calls.
It doesn't cost me anything, but just creating confusion. I have been with Three for 2 years and Orange for 9 months, never had this issue.
Does anyone in O2 has same issues?.

Unfortunatley this is normal, dont worry you will receive the correct allocation of mins/texts. It is down to the billing system which O2 use means calls and texts can take upto 48 hours to hit your account and when your bill is produced they dont always include the last part of your bill.
This is then carried forward to your next bill but is included on the previous months bill (if that makes sense).
If you are worried about using more than your allocatios of mins/texts use the timers on your phone for the minutes and some phones now show how many texts you have sent.
There is a slight flaw in this however, if you receive free calls to customer service, voicemail etc these will be included in the timers. however doing this will give you a close approximate of what you have used.

Thanks. Just was wondering why it happens only with O2 and not with other networks.
However, as long as it doesn't affect my allocated minutes, no issues.0
