Very Cheap SIM ONLY wanted

I am looking for a sim only contract deal that allows about 200 off peak mins and 200 text per month. Would also like it if I could get cheap international texts and a few peak calls. Less than £10 pref about £7 per month.

Found one last year from scancom.co.uk for £7.50 on vodafone but cant find now.

I have never been on pay as you go, would concider it if anyone has any suggestions.

I was looking before for a sim only contract and the only two I could find were on vodafone and O2's websites (one month contract for both). For £20 on voda you can get 2000 off peak minutes and 1000 text:

The alternative I went for is a PAYG sim with stop the clock (off peak calls only pay three minutes and talk for up to an hour). Vodafone are now offering up to two prepay sim's for free:

I'd suggest getting one of the 12 month offpeak 1000mins + 100 text tariffs on o2 from one of the CPW websites. Some phones with the offers are 12 months free line rental, so you'd only have to pay for the 100 extra bolt on so that would give you 1000mins offpeak (25 xnet) 200text for a monthly sum of £6 (£1 for itemised billing, £5 for 100 msg bolt on)

Then you could probably sell the phone for £50-150 meaning you'd spend close to nothing/make profit

Oh and last time I checked you can get international text for 16p on o2 contract or 12p if you add ITS for a extra £2.99 per month. Don't know if that holds true for CPW's o2 though.
