I signed up with Pipex a few months ago and have had no problems so far. I was tempted by the offer with free 500 minutes of phone calls per month included. I use Gmail so I can't comment on their email servers.

Been using them for 4 years or so. No major problems to report. Been having a few slow speeds recently which is the only time I've ever known it, could be due to the new accounts/services they've been setting up recently though. Seems back to normal tonight. Customer service is a headache to get through to but once you do it's useful.

just signed up with Pipex, very prompt e-mail advising when service would be transferred to them for broadband, and separate e-mail re: phone, impressed so far - attracted by uncapped offering, after a bad experience with BT who charge over the earth!
