I got a message from T-Mobile yesterday to say flext is changing.

So I called t-mobile cs today and found out the following info:-

The following will be included in your flext price plan allowance

* Calls to voicemail
* Some 08 and 05 numbers
* Some International calls (loads of countries i didnt make a list)

The charges for voicemail will be 12p per min

International charges are a bit higher i think it was 58p per min for landline and 98p per min for mobiles

These charges will be deducted from your monthly allowance

You will also receive free web'n walk

This deal is available to both existing and new customers.

If you are an exsisting customer you need to call to be transfered over to the new plan they wont change it automatically ( it dont cost any extra )

Call tmobile for more info ... (150 from your handset)

I put this on HDUK and though I would share it here too :j

    I've been on Flext for ages, but haven't received a txt yet, should I wait for a txt or just call them anyway? The free mobile internet would be great for me.

  • voicemail is 20p and international calls to landlines are 40p and mobiles 100p p/m.

    Exsisting customers dont have to change onto the plan if they don't want to. But if they do, just give CS a ring and they'll explain the tarrif and change for your next bill cycle. The allowances are back to what they used to be though, flext 35 (only available to renewing customers) is £180 allowance instead of the £200 currently. Flext will start at £40 for new and exsisting customers up to flext £100 for heavy users.

    Yep I would call now and ask for more info on it... you can also request to be automatically changed over on ur billing date. :T
  • I took 2 contracts out at beginning of March Flext 30 and Flext 35 both with online 10% discount which is applied as a credit each month. Just e-mailed t-mobile about this and was told i would have to upgrade to Flext 40 on both contracts if i wanted these new privileges. Is this correct?

    Is it true that if an existing contract customer adds these new charges to amend their plan, then they will have deemed to have taken a new contract for 12/18 months?

    Can anyone confirm or deny this.....
