Sheila's Wheels Insurance - False Policy Information Query

Dear All, I wonder if you may be able to assist me. I have recently purchased car insurance (for the first time) through Sheila's Wheels having been unimpressed with my renewal quote from my previous company.
I have previously had three matters which have been registered on my policy as claims - two windscreen claims (one repaired without excess and one replaced with excess paid) and one malicious damage claim which was paid for by my insurance when my car was vandalised.
Having joined Sheila's Wheels I have fully informed them of the above matters which have been added to my insurance police. However, Upon receiving the policy documents in the post I noted that the claim for malicious damage says 'accident' on it rather than vandalism/ malicious damage. At first I thought that perhaps Sheila's Wheels simply record any vandalism as accident. Then I read the policy info booklet does say that claims for vandalism do not affect one's excess - there must therefore be vandalism as a separate claim option rather than accident.
I called Sheilas Wheels and spoke to someone they said they would amend this and send me new policy docs. I received the new docs a few days later which had all the same details as previously save for he fact that the order of claims had been arranged in reverse chronological order.
I called Sheila's Wheels a second time to advise that the policy details were still incorrect. At this point I explained that I was concerned because I didnt want one of the claims in the schedule to be recorded incorrectly and potentially invalidate my insurance at a later date or to affect my insurance renewal because an accident claim is recorded when there has been no accident.
The customer services lady I spoke to said that their computer system did state that it was not an accident and it was marked as vandalism/malicious damage. She said that she would forward a further printed schedule but that if it was still incorrect then it was just because their printer would not print what was on their system!!
I have now received the documents which unsurprisingly are still incorrect and have now been placed in the correct chronological order again on the page.
My queries are:
1. Should I go back to them again because the details are still incorrect although they tell me their system has been changed - because if it is not in black and white then I have no proof that this has been changed at all.
2. Is it right that they can send me one version of a document but have different details on their 'system' - surely this infringes data protection in some way as I must have a right to know what their system says about my policy?
3. As the document is clearly incorrect (and has been raised with them on two occasions) does this invalidate my insurance?
I have two days before my current policy expires and my sheilas wheels policy kicks in...can anybody help me please???
