Paypal talk crap on the phone about 70% of the time, come here for advice next time and save yourself the postage

The seller has left a comment about the feedback I left them accusing me of returning the item damaged. anyway I can get these sorts of comments removed? Unless seller can provide evidence of the actual damage upon return?0

Soolin, I cant appear to be able to do this. Oh well, I dont want it turning into a tit for tat really do I. Probably learnt my lesson. I will always now be sending items tracked for Paypal chargebacks and watching out closely for scams in the future.0
