I received an email from surveys.com today saying..
Thanks very much for agreeing to take part in our study on kitchen roll. I'm pleased to say that you have been selected to participate in this study. Over the next week or so you should receive a package from us containing some product and paperwork. Included within this will be a letter explaining what is involved. We kindly ask that you read this letter carefully before you start.
Thanks again for your help with this study. We hope you enjoy taking part.
Best regards
Pam Hughes

Had a reply from Lightspeed to the email quoted above. I would have been happier if it had mentioned target dates for the despatch of the vouchers we are all owed! Judging from the amount of business passing through their company, I would have thought that there were no problems in buying and despatching the required number of e-vouchers. Is there anything else that could delay purchase and distribution?
Anyway, here's the reply (complete with typo, indicating that it's not the usual standard email) from (the, I presume, fictional) Lauren:
Thank you for your email.
I am sorry to hear you are experiencing problems in receiving your voucher. Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused.
As you understand, there are other panelists who are experiencing similar problems. Therefore there is a slight delay in re-ordering the codes due to the amount of emails coming in. Please be assured that we are workind hard to resolve the issue.
Kind Regards,
Lauren

They gave me 400 points for completing it. With my 500 joining points I am only 600 off my first free voucher. I am impressed. And this site is especially good for a film nerd like me!People die, buildings burn, but true love is for ever.

Signed up for about eight survey sites mentioned on this thread, about a month ago, but they don't like me! I think I've had two surveys to date, one of which I wasn't suitable for after all. Meh, wonder what's wrong with me! Wish I hadn't bothered filling in all the questionaires now, lol0

Got all the toilet roll to test and 200 points for the privelege, follow up questionnaire was a tad odd tho' :rotfl: (ipsos)
Got my kitchen roll too, which they will pay me a £5 voucher to test lol  (isurveys)
