I emailed "Lauren" and was sent a standard email back saying it could be in my spam mail and they'd look into it (I don't have a spam filter), I've emailed twice since and heard nothing. Not going to give up though
I'm very disappointed with Lightspeed too. I thought things would get better after the introduction of the points reward system, but no, no chance! They owe me two vouchers (the first one ordered back in May:eek: ), and I've also got enough points for several others. I emailed them, and just like you MimiJane, got a standard reply, asking me to check my spam filters. Emailed them back - and nothing.
In my case, they appear to be the most reliable in terms of getting surveys - I get at least one daily, qualify for most, and find them quite enjoyable. I also got the chance to test a product once, and enjoyed doing that a lot. Too bad they don't reward their panel members properly...'Into every abyss I still bear the blessing of my affirmation' (Friedrich Nietzsche)0 -

I think they really do seem to have a problem then. They've lost one of my voucher codes already, another is on it's way (AHEM) within 2-4 weeks. (yeah yeah)
I do quite like them as they send out a lot of surveys. But what's the point if you never get the proper rewards?
And I think everyone gets that spam filter email - utter nonsense - they just don't bother sending the voucher codes until you complain! The word is BOUGHT, not BROUGHT.
It's LOSE, NOT LOOSE.

I completely agree about Lightspeed - they also owe me two £5 reward vouchers from ages ago and their surveys keep giving me the "You have paused your interview before it was completed." message after I've spend ages on them!Start every day by telling yourself how beautiful and intelligent you are0

I have NEVER received anything from Lightspeed without complaining first.
I am owed vouchers, too.
I have just sent them this email:
Dear Sir/Madam
Despite your promises to send my voucher, none has arrived. It seems to me that you are having difficulties in sending out voucher codes to your panel members. I believe this because I have read other panellists' complaints here: http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?p=2648056#post2648056
I am therefore writing to tell you that I shall not be completing any further surveys until the delivery of vouchers is carried out in an equitable manner, such that panellists receive their rewards as per the information on Lightspeed's web site.
I am very sorry to be taking this action, as Lightspeed sends me more surveys, more often, than any other market research company. However, I do not like being taken for granted, I do not like being deceived, and the time I spend on completing the surveys is very valuable.
I look forward to hearing from you soon, and hope that you will be able very soon to make sure that members are rewarded appropriately for their efforts.
Yours faithfullyI'm not just talking about my wife, I'm talking about my LIFE, and I'm not just talking about MY life, I'm talking about everybody's life. I'm talking about form. Well done! I'll also be sending them a message along the same lines ...Wins since 2009 = £17,600MANY THANKS TO ALL OPS0

Yep, my experiences with Lightspeed are exactly the same: lots of surveys, easy to get loads of points, but getting vouchers takes forever.
And I thought I was the only one with surveys I can't start due to having "paused" them!
You are all aware of these email addresses to complain to, right? (thanks to kavakava for posting them in an old thread!)If you have problems, email these people (the owners/CEOs of Lighstpeed):

I wrote those down last time you posted and tried sending an e-mail to them a while back but the only one it would send to was the general email and i just got the standard reply from 'lauren'. Has anyone else managed to send an email to those addresses?
I've ordered 4 vouchers and managed to get 3 of them after continously emailing them but the 4th one should have been sent a month ago and still no sign of it. The only good thing is the choice of shops to exchange your vouchers for once you actually get sent the code!2008: £783.12 - 2009: £6,401.15 - 2010: £4,230.61 - 2011: £8720 - 2012: £2,041.89
2013: £134.960 -

I use ciao.co.uk (paid over £20) yougov (earned £15 but payout at £50) and another place which I forget.. that I have £12 on but they pay out at £25. Ciao is the best IMO.0
