I have just had a very, VERY nice email from "Lauren" discussing the delays in payment. (This is in addition to the voucher email referred to above). There was no new information exactly, but it was said that their incentives supplier claimed that the code had been sent out to me back in June. That's not true, of course, but even if it were, it would not explain the many other panellists who are not receiving their vouchers.I'm not just talking about my wife, I'm talking about my LIFE, and I'm not just talking about MY life, I'm talking about everybody's life. I'm talking about form. I'm talking about content, I'm talking about interrelationships. I'm talking about God, the devil, Heaven, Hell. Do you understand...FINALLY?0

I emailed them recently, so will update you all with my progress.
It's really unfair to have panellists waiting 4weeks for each voucher, then having to chase it up themselves.
Its indicative of there being a break in the chain, and the Lightspeed management should really seriously look into it. This is something that could do them long term damage in the long run. Lets face it, all potential marketers have to do is lookup google, and they'll find lots of similar posts on forums such as this one...

I'm not going to quote much from that "very, VERY nice email", but it seems that Lightspeed realise they are not looking good. Here's one little bit:
"I fully understand the ramifications of our rewards system running less than smoothly but I assure you your reward code will be with you very shortly."

I suspect they will end up making the redemption amount a higher amount very soon. They just can't handle the amount of administration it must take.0

I've just sent off (well last week) for my first ever lightspeed voucher, then I read all this. I thought at the time it seemed a very long winded way to claim your rewards.
Oh well I'll give it a couple of weeks and if no word I'll email, and I haven't got a spam filter either so I know for a fact it won't get caught up in that (the surveys never do!)0 -

Hi, I was supposed to get this and the loo roll but recieved neither. i sent an email to be told it had been delayed but now have missed the deadline for survey about products. However, saying that I have enough for £5 voucher and only joined the other month. I also do mum's opinions and nearly had £5 voucher from them. Also do mytns and have loads of nectar points from doing surveys with them. I had also joined lightspeed but from the reviews on here I'm begging to wonder whether I should have. I have tried to join MyTns as well. Filled in all the forms etc but have never heard back from them.
I have joined numerous panels now. Quickwise is good, although I don't hear from them very often. I also like Global Test Market and Ipsos.
I am a member of so many panels I have to keep a list to remember them all.People die, buildings burn, but true love is for ever.
