Mine is the RS21DCNS1/XEU, the new one I haven't had delivered yet.

I have a problem with rsg5dumh. First of all it was delivered with the ice feature not working, now two months old the food has started going soft then freezing then going soft and the fridge seems to also be packing up. Samsung said it is not their policy to reimburse for the damaged food but are sending an engineer out who said he knows what the problem is it is the thermostat. Not impressed with Samsungs customer service and have told them I want my money back but they are refusing.

Anyone else had problems with this model, I know there are problems with some other modes re. thermostat and catching fire. Have contacted Watchdog.
