Just received latest BT broadband email offer which as usual is filled with distortions of the truth Their PR spinners know how to fool some of the people.
"One that sets you free from your phone line, and the annoying waits you get with some providers."
Annoying waits are not the ISPs fault and everything to do with server connection and overload to main internet backbone.
