I know it's frustrating for lots of us that we have to wait ages between sending PMs. I understand this is to prevent spam but for those of us who have been here and posted regularly, could you maybe consider lifting this? Eg after a certain length of active membership, waive that bar? I don't mean it to sound like a "them and us" thing but most spammers/trolls are people who sign us as newbies. And of course, I have nothing against the majority of newbies, eg those who don't cause trouble, but I think the only way to prove you're not a spammer is to be an active member for a while.
