British Gas quote extortionate?

Thanks for all the comments on this. I've now had a couple of other quotes, still got more to come in, but what was interesting was that one of the Worcester Bosch showroom guys actually said that even without looking at my house he could tell me that he'd guess other quotes would be coming in at circa £1,000 - £1,500 lower than British Gas. I've had one quote that's for the boiler replacement etc plus a revamped guest cloakroom and that's come in at less than the BG quote just for the boiler etc.

I got British Gas out last night for quote to straight swap my old Vokera combi and they've quoted £2169 for a Worcester Greenstar HE 28i combi, flue terminal, new wireless thermostat, some electrical work and 1 year Homecare. Power cleanse would be extra £75, Powerflush £295 extra and Magnaclean £218 extra. No new rads or valves, am keeping old ones. This quote is after 'one third off' special offer. Does this seem reasonable?
