As someone who has just received a poem inviting a contribution towards a honeymoon/holiday rather than a gift (the couple already live together so have most of what they need) I thought it a good idea...
and me and the kids are invited to the evening do only.

(Mind you in my family we do lists anyway for xmas/birthdays and/or ask the mums in each house)
