I think so.

And the people who didn't get another £5 voucher, I think it's because they reduced their spends under £10 with a No7 £5 voucher - which is Boots own so the till clocks it when looking at the final balance.

I feel like I mostly understand till logic (if not the *why* bits! ) but can't figure out why I didn't get a £5 skincare coupon last week when I spent £14.50 on vitamins - anyone? Not only was it not given to me, but there was no line for it on the receipt to prompt the assistant (who got very officious when I asked.)

Sounds like the curse of the crabby SA! Can't think of any other reason why not. Have you asked CS at all?
