They wont issue a £5 off voucher unless the till tells them too.... might be worth a call to CS to ask why it wasn't issued despite spending over £10.. far better to ring them I've found than go back to narky SA's instore

    I think so.

And the people who didn't get another £5 voucher, I think it's because they reduced their spends under £10 with a No7 £5 voucher - which is Boots own so the till clocks it when looking at the final balance.

Nope, not that easy I'm afraid, my spends were over £15 each, so still over £10 after the No7 vouchers came off, only the bodyform vouchers took the spend to below £10. I have fistfulls of receipts here (from skincare voucher days also!) where I have been awarded the voucher in the same circumstances. I can only assume it must be some sort of glitch with the tills

Thanks anyway though for trying to suss it out!!

Although the signs have been removed, the organisers and other summer collection items are still going through at the introductory price. (They were today in two different Boots lol!!)

I saw on a sign a while back, that this offer was on until sometime in April

Team Valley gateshead tried scanning sun care for me yesterday....no longer on BOGOF, however Metro Centre and Arnison Centre still have offer on. Worth checking with SA before they put it through the till.

today i had the same problem as finleypop. My total spend came to £11.95 but the bodyform vouchers took it to £9.95, despite receipt stating No 7 voucher earn didn't get one . Rang c/s and they said in order to get the voucher the total spend had to be over £10.00 cash ,brand coupons don't count! they also said the till prompt was a glitch and the s/a was right to withold the voucher.

By the way thanks for all the tips on here.

    I think I'm addicted -

Transaction one - No 7 face balm £7.50 each, BOGOF, 3 x bodyform 3 for 2, 3 x Skin Clearly gel wash reduced to 69p - total cost £12.41, paid 3 x BF vouchers, £9.41 cash, received free lilac gift bag, 250 points from previous gift bag against No 7 product, 75 points for total spend, 300 points for SC gels

Transaction 2 - 3 for 2 snack-a-jacks (no other reason than I was hungry and they had run out of fruit and seed flapjack!!!), 3 x bodyform as before, 2 No 7 cooling face balm as before, total cost £11.64 - paid £5.00 voucher, 3 x £1 bodyform vouchers so £3.64 cash, received another lilac gift bag and 250 points for No 7 (from gift bag bought in transaction 1).

Transaction 3 - just cos they had bodyform with vouchers and they're getting harder to find - 3 bodyform and 1 chewing gum, cost 17p (and earned 12 AC points!)

Total goods to the value of - £47.13 plus two gift bags (£66 says Boots?)
Paid £13.22 and received 879 points, so net "cost" £4.43 for oodles....

Still have another 250 point voucher, but was a little disappointed I didn't get another £5.00 voucher on Transaction 2, but the till "totalled" after the deduction of the No 7 voucher....

They also had the kids Soltan at £2.49 in the reduced section (presumably this will still work on the BOGOF) but what was it when it was "normal" price - its the twin pack with the Factor 15 and the top-up spray?

I still got one on mine £12.41 before vouchers, £9.41 after - don't show your vouchers until the SA does the total - that might make a difference?? Or it might just be random luck - but the till said yes.
