Leopard - I would think due to your pelvis you will be refered to the consultant who will then asses if you need to be under consultant care and if he/she thinks your pelvis is in good enough shape to allow a normal vaginal birth or suggest a c-section :)

I only did two tests. First test at about 6pm, second about an hour later, then had a scan at 11am the next day. Tests weren't good enough for me, I needed to 'see' it to believe it!

(Actually, I did do 3-4 other tests, but they were all false negatives)

    Hello Ladies!

I have been lurking for a while on this thread, not daring to post as i am very early days at the moment (6 weeks)

Can anyone offer any advice as i am a bit concerned?

I phoned my Drs and explained that a HPT had given a BFP what should i do? they told me to make a DR appointment which i did. Went to the DR yesterday and told him i was pg but he checked my blood pressure and told me to make an appointment to see midwife. That's it!!

I had expected to come away with some sort of confirmation. I don't have syptoms as yet (apart from no AF) so feeling a little dejected!! :(

No, that sounds about right! There have only been a tiny amount of ladies whose Dr has tested - the rest just take our word for it!

When I was pregnant with Jamie I made an appointment with the mw straight away and skipped the Dr altogether! :D. When is your mw appointment?

Oh, and congratulations and welcome to the thread! :j

    xx

I was offered a test by the doc, but for some reason refused! Oh well, they didn't weigh me or anything, just said i will sort out your mw appointment, congrats :)

I don't have any tests left, i used the last one to find out, so i keep looking at it, i really want to test again, but don't want to waste any money, so i will try and hold out.

Oh well, one day soon we will all be wishing we didn't have any symptoms (lol) :)
