Morning all - I'm a newbie here too - got welcomed nicely by the night owls last night! I hope the morning folk are all feeling well? I'm happy because I got a lie in today, I've taken the day off work as I'm travelling up to Marlow to assemble my friend's wedding cake for the big day tomorrow.

I hope everyone's doing okay, looking forward to getting to know you xxx

    Welcome and congrats!

I live near Marlow - I wonder if you're going to the same wedding me and Hypno are? That would be a huge coincidence!

I'd so love it if we had a massive MSE preggy ladies meet at a wedding :rotfl: :T

Spooky - how weird, i work in Marlow too! I wonder if the cake you're making is for the wedding that Skinty and I are going to....that would be VERY weird though!

I can't remember who last night was taking about doughnuts but i've had the most obsessive craving for jam doughnuts since last Sunday, i had OH driving round in a panic on Sunday trying to find me some but everyhwere was sold out, i had to make do with custard doughnuts which were SO not right!

Leopardlady: tell your mum, we told OH's and my mum the day after we found out, I think it's ok to tell the people you're close to because they're the people you'd need if anything went wrong too.... not that i'm saying it will though!

Hello to the people i've missed....an update from me today is that i'm off to the acute back pain clinic (was referred by doc) in the hope they can help with my hip and back pain....and today I've woken up iwth unbearable shoulder pain to add to the list.... I'm just broken i've decided....

all the kings horses and all the kings men couldn't put Hypno together again.....

I got one of these on ebay for DS, it was beautiful when all done up with the embroidery anglaise, and great for getting him off to sleep. One or two rocks and he was snoring. I was sad when he out grew it. I actually cant wait to do it all up again for the the new baby.

Tia - Chris hated the rocking action of his crib but he did stay in it in the fixed position for about 4mths
