    Morning chickadees :)

Washing powder - I've bought fairy non-bio washing powder and softener... thankfully it works out only slightly more expensive than my normal washing powder as I bulk buy at Costco :)
I know I should use vinegar but I love the smell of fairy :D

Definitely up for the ebay challenge! I have sooooooooo much junk to list but I never get round to it...

  • im with you on the ebay challenge, ive got loads of junk to get rid of but i really need to tidy and clean my house first, i think i had better visit the fly lady thread for inspiration.
  • Morning all :D

Not much going on with me, I didn't get to start on the nursery on the weekend so that's the job for this coming week (make that weeks!) so with that in mind:

Elle - I think a project baby fund is a fab idea. I'm more than happy to join in and I think we can all support each other with ideas and ways of maximising the funds. I'm feeling really demotivated at the moment so this may be the kick up the backside I need.

Right, off to do some work!

Sami, the "junk" you refer to in your signature.. How much junk are you talking? I've got heaps of things (mostly clothes, BNWT!) to go on eBay..

I was wondering if you are up for a blitzing month in April towards Project Baby Fund? Anyone else want to join me in having a clearout this month and seeing how much we can boost our Baby Funds by? :)

I need something to force me to do it so thought we could do it together.. It worked when I started talking about ice lollies - maybe eBaying can be the new Preg Thread obsession? ;)

I'm in!!! Got tons of books, handbags, clothes. So count me in!
We should put in our sigs how much we make.
I was very naughty at Christmas and managed to get hold of 4 copies of a very popular DS game - put 3 on eBay and made £50!! So have £80 in my Paypal account to start off with.
cex ... also known as computer exchange :D x

Oh lord - my OH loves this shop. There's one in Wigan!

Oh, another question I've just thought of.. recommendations for washing powder/liquid for baby clothes, anyone?

Am I right in thinking non-bio has more chemicals in to get rid of more stuff from your clothes (inc OH's work overalls with god-knows-what skin-melting chemicals on them!) so is harsher on skin, hence I should have bio for baby's things? Or is it the other way round?!

Since before Poppy was born, I have washed all baby items in Fairy non-bio and Fairy softener. And they are always done in their own wash, separate to mine and DH's.

MIL buys us a huge box of whatever is on offer washing powder from Makro which is fine for us but I prefer for the childrens to be consistant in case of reaction.

    xx

Elle Bio is biological and allegedly more likely to cause allergic reactions
I'm another Fairy user btw :D I'm allergic to persil/comfort combo not sure which one but prob persil coz seems like every man and his dog is allergic to persil!!

Krystal are you watching The Wright Stuff??
