I think I'll make OHs favourite tonight, Sausage, Beans and Mash! I'll have a pork chop and a baked sweet potato instead.

    Hi ladies

It always takes me so long to catch up with this thread even if I don't log on for just a day!

Managed to get a playpen and high chair, both wooden from Freecycle this morning, that my dad has offered to repaint, while my mum has said she will make a new padded floor covering for the pen and a new oil cloth-covered seat and back for the high chair. At this rate there won't be anything left for anyone else to buy us!

Got my feet up at the mo with one eye on th tennis and the other on a cross stitch 1-10 numbers chart (well, it was until I decided to come on here!) I've just finished number 1. Think it will go well with the A-Z country companions set I started at 16 and finally finished when I was 25! I'm planning to do a height chart, too after the numbers, hopefully I won't run out of time and it will stop me stressing and worring about unimportant things!

Enjoy your pizzas, I'm having one, too later

My due date is 13th may which would be 40 weeks. Consultants have told me they won't let me go beyond 37/38 weeks (in 4/5 weeks time ) but have read a thread on the Tamba (Twins and Multiple Births Association) website the other day and some people manage to get to 38/39/40 weeks before they give birth naturally. As long as I can manage it I want them in my as long as possible and as little time as possible spent in the hospital afterwards due to low birth weights :D

last night seth decided to be wide awake after each feed and refused to go back to sleep, not whingey but just awake and attention-seeky, and ignoring him isnt really a option for us cos of the size of the flat, its only one bedroom and if we put him on the opposite end of the flat we'd still hear him gooing and chatting away to himself! OH ended up getting up twice for over a hour each time and sticking the tv on for a while, but he cant do that in a weeks time when he's back at work cos he will need to sleep! and today is the second afternoon in a row he has slept for 4 or more hours without waking! yesterday i woke him up when i felt he had been asleep long enough (possibly jealousy lol) and he got really grouchy so i dont really want to wake him again, but how can i get his body clock switched around a bit so he sleeps longer at night than in the day? i already dont put the big lights on at night, i dont speak to him at night just get on with the essentials and when he sleeps in the day he doesnt go in his moses basket he only goes in that at night. does anyone have any suggestions as to what else i can do?? help lol

I dont think its because he/she is polish. I think its because he/she is arrogant. Not saying that Polish people are arrogant. I used to work with a polish guy and he was lovely and so funny :D
