    Thank you! :D

    How are you?

    xx

You probably don't want to hear this but I have been feeling extremely sick :(

Yesterday was awful, I was on a training course and had a massive headache and felt sick. I just wanted to curl up in the corner somewhere. Luckily it finished at 3.30 so I got home about 4 and crawled into bed. Decided enough was enough I'd risk some paracetamols (not entirely sure I can take them but I was desperate!) then threw them back up (sorry for TMI). So just lay in the dark until OH got home from work and he took pity on me and made me some food. We then had to go out last night so felt crap and when we got back at 10 just went to bed and slept through till this morning.

I'm well fed up of being sick and haven't had any s3x since I got my BFP so am well grumpy.

Sorry about the rant and TMI but just needed to say it.

    Hope everyone else is okay

I know what you mean tine, I had to step away and vent to u lot :D
I know there is no point in confronting them coz I've seen lots do it before and you get no where fast!

Feelie I'm sure you could have another! you only young so even if it took a while you have plenty of time to enjoy being intimate with ur OH and letting nature do its thing eventually ;)

Evansangel - I had my 8 week appointment with my midwife on Tuesday. They still haven't tested me so I could have been making it up. But they took some blood and gave me loads of books and leaflets. She also filled in part of the form for a maternity exemption certificate (or whatever it is called) and told me to fill the rest in and post it off. Which I am doing today. Apparently the certificate is valid from the 1st of the month they receive it. Which will be just in time because I have a dentist appointment in April.

Still can't beleive I'm having this one. I'm sure I'll be waiting for someone to come and collect it for a few weeks after I get him home!

Sense of smell is in overdrive today and kitchen smells horrible so I'm going to have to just eat chocolate today.

welcome to my life :) I had 18 weeks of that.
Yes you can take paracetamol during pregnancy - but nothing else unless prescribed by your GP!

Always have some bland biscuits about your person - eat every 30 minutes or so - little and often! Try to have a banana a day - the potassium in them is good :)
Drink water - loads of water! If you are so sick that you are unable to keep water down for more than 24 hours see your GP immediately - I was severely dehydrated and ended up in hospital on a drip for 2 days before they'd let me back out...

Listen to your body... if it says sleep - SLEEP! Being tired will make the nausea worse!
