Hiya everyone, I cant be bothered to cathc up at the mo, just thought I'd let you all know that I have just come out of hospital.
Went to see MW yesterday who made me go straight to the antenatal day unit bcause of the itching, and said I should of gone on Friday.
So got there about 5pm, hooked up the the CTG machine, and an hour later got sent to the labour ward as I was contracting 3:10 (which basically means 3 in 10 mins)
I was in pain but just period like, they said I had to stay in for the night and be monitored but it's calemd down now and I'm only getting them 3 or 4 in an hour.
I've had sod all sleep cos some woman was snoring her head off all fluckign night! I actually wanted to smother her with a pillow!
So I dont know if this is going to be the start of things or what but I'm getting everything ready now

hee hee SB - I think its only u crazy Scousers that say "poplolly" :p
My mum says it too although I don't copy her, she also says luke for look and buke for book, tis all wrong :D

:rotfl:Take it your Mummy is a 'proper' scouser then?! ;).

Its weird isn't it. I guess you have taken your Dad's accent? We're wondering about this as DH doesn't have an accent as he's posh and not from these parts :D. But I spend more time with the children and I'm not! Guess time will tell .

PS: to anyone reading, no one says poplolly in Liverpool! Just using that as an example as to why lollyice is the right way to go :D

Wow, AM! How are you feeling?? Do you have to go back for more monitoring? Or wait until you think you're in labour?!

    *** Lots of hugs ***

me and OH have been waying up the pros and cons of a home birth... i used to be dead set against it but just lately its been making sense ... your at home, you dont really have to worry about someone looking after zoe, dont have to wait and wait to be let out the hospital, we dont have a car and taxis wont take you if they know your in labour round here and the hospital is a good 15mins drive... the only con i can think of is what if something goes wrong ... hmmmm.... i think this maybe the thought of the day  x

Hi Searching - I can thoroughly recommend HB, and I will definitely have a HB if I go on to have another baby. If you want to ask me any questions feel free to pm me:D I can give you a run down of thoughts about my HB, which as it was only 9 days ago, is still pretty fresh in my mind:D

    Mel x

Angela, you could always try and get a friend to do them and if they don't look right, then find someone proffesional... Wouldn't hurt...

Ooh, AM... Did they check if you're dilating? I suppose you could have a few days of painless contractions before anything starts to happen... I'd get your head down now while Aston's at school, make up for your sleepless night...
A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...
Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.
