my hair is really really really thick i have wet2straight but still have to blow dry as they cant handle my hair damp let alone wet x

I need a new hair dryer too, takes an hour to dry my hair cos my hairdryer likes to go on fire a bit if I turn it up too high....

Never dried mine out. My hair is naturally very curly - but unfortunately the curls aren't very even, some ringlets some just waves, so I never wear it down and curly. I just wash it and clip it up now (lazy!) but I did straighten it every day for about three years - with the W2S ones probably twice a week and with ordinary Remington straightners on the other days - and it was always fine. Every hairdresser I saw commented on the condition and didn't believe it was ironed daily! (didn't use fancy shampoo either - just H&S).

ETA: I'm 22wks now and haven't straightened my hair at all since getting my BFP. Am mainly trying to summons the energy to do it cos I want to see if pregnancy had made my hair change at all yet!

it takes alot to control it ive spent many years of different hair styles and product hair straighteners believe ive done them all x

It's only thick if I don't use conditioner (frizzy) and kindy more kinky than wavy. Think I may give em a try.

Did I mention that baby is now kicking? I'm 16/3. She kicks like mad when I change gear in the car.

searching, snap - on both counts!

My hair is very similar to yours except I have random ringlets thrown in just to make it awkward! Also my mum used to brush all my hair up together to make a ponytail and the bits at the back ended up just growing straight :eek: All very random..
