Respected Analyst : House prices 'could drop another 55%' and leave Britain bankrupt

There did seem to be panicked reacton before these Mail and Telegraph Article were printed. I've seen dozens of homes in my area reduce over the last few days as smart sellers try to get ahead of the falls in the market.
Right now smart sellers are cutting prices 30-35% below peak, as they know the less informed are only dropping 20-25%.
Clearly its better to lose 30% from peak, than lose 55% from where prices are tody which would make 64% from peak in total.0 -
Well, that is as much of a screaming counterindicator as I've ever seen...“The ideas of debtor and creditor as to what constitutes a good time never coincide.”

I have no sockies. And I invite the abuse team to check my IP address versus other posters at any time.
I doubt you'd welcome such an investigation though.....“The great enemy of the truth is very often not the lie – deliberate, contrived, and dishonest – but the myth, persistent, persuasive, and unrealistic.

Forget the IP address, no one will be at home.
