Its often better and cheaper to start at 99p and watch it move every day and give you some peace of mind, although you may worry it will go too cheap. If you've presented it well it should get what its worth.

is it a L reg transit by any chance?, if so that should easly make they kind of money you want for it, especially with that mileage, so don't panic!0

Many thanks for the replies!
It is ending this sunday evening at around 9.
[seggy1] And no, my post was is no way intended to advertise my auction to you, if that was my intention I would have posted the link :-)0 -
Nevertheless, you've probably attracted some watchers!

The rule is this. Watchers don't equal bidders. You could list a matchstick for £10000000 pounds and you'll get lots of watchers but I don't think you'll convert any bids into a sale.I know nothing0

You probably have lots of people who are thinking of selling a minibus themselves and watching yours to see how it does.......my brother-in-law is a !!!!!! for this - and also ringing people who are trying to sell the same car as he's trying and asking if they've had any interest!0

A lot of the watchers will be genuine bidders though. But there's nothing to be gained by a bidder revealing his hand outside of the last thirty seconds.
The reason for a 10-day auction like yours is to collect watchers, primarily over the two weekends it is visible. The hope is that three or four of them will turn up for the 'auction proper' just before 9pm. As it involves missing "Wild at Heart" on TV I'd say you're in with a good shout:)
That could be my 'tip of the day'. ALWAYS CHECK THE TV SCHEDULES TO PLAN WHEN TO END YOUR AUCTION.
For example, 15 minutes ago Arsenal were live on TV beating Real Madrid. How many of their fans would have been on eBay looking at auctions for Arsenal memorabilia? Can I help?0 -

Without posting the item number or a link to the auction its not very likely is it?:heart2: Love isn't finding someone you can live with. It's finding someone you can't live without :heart2:0 -
