i have realised i haven't been swimming before work for a while.... it's cause my mum has been busy and away a lot....
i think i might go tomorrow morning.....

I was just going to ask you that Maz, looking at your siggy...Im going to go back to swimming again I think. Used to swim 80 lengths twice a week and got really toned from it...just didn't like getting my hair wet
