morning all - so snaggles, someone will have news for us... that's rotten and i won't be able to concentrate all day now, who, what, where, why???

caught up on the thread last night but by the time i got to the end everyone had popped off to bed....

i ended up staying up too late watching a Gordon Ramsay i'd never seen before, and then shameless on my new Sky+.... (had to drop that in somewhere!)

didn't have a brill sleep, woke at 2am by erin screaming her head off, nowt wrong with her when we went thru but it was wierd, then 4am by cat wretching and a pile of cat biscuity vomit in my room.... so that was nice...

did not want to get up this morning!!!

Runclub was good last night, 1mile steady hill which was tough but not impossible..... only 2.5miles altogether though... unfortunately the last 1.5miles wasn't as downhill as the first one was up.. which sounds wierd but it really wasn't...

Weigh in tonight, hoping for 3-4lbs judging by the leisure centre scales yesterday....
I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....

    Morning All!

Well Done yet again to all you runners out there - very admirable!

Good Luck Maz with the weigh in - I have mine too tonight and I don't hold out much hope - stayed the same at best I think!!

Can't wait to hear the news and bookie is conspicuous by her absence, so maybe!!

Don't worry Ruby, just 250 more posts to go! My star increased and status changed when I got to 750. But this, I believe is my 800th post!

I know! Taxing chocolate indeed! Although you can get patches for chocolate addiction, just like nicotine patches...so maybe it is true when they say eating too much chocolate does make you put on weight after all:rolleyes: Is that where I've been going wrong all these years?!
