Tryed to run combofix, this is what it came up with, Error you cannot rename combofix as combofix please use another name

To disable the Resident Shield, please:

* open AVG User Interface
* double-click on the Resident Shield
* un-tick the option "Resident Shield active"
* save the changes

(turn it back on after the scan obviously)

Thank been looking for 40 mins to see how to disable avg,
now trying to do combofix but the page not loading

When you get time, update and run Super Anti Spyware again

You COULD cheat to get into safe mode ~
Bootup until the XP flag shows
Then pull the power
On reboot it should auto goto safe mode selection screen where you can select SAFE MODE WITH NETWORKING to run combofix

managed to get into safe mode, wont let me log onto the internet. so gone back to normal mode, will do the scan early tomorow, will post the log.
