Sounds like you have Conficker worm one thing it does is to prevent you viewing any anti-virus web page....0 -
If total solutions is correct (And I suspect he is)
Reboot and keep pressing F8 until the 'safe mode selection screen' comes up
Select SAFE MODE WITH NETWORKING
Update and run SAS from there and also COMBOFIX:idea:0 -

had the superantiespyware running for over 3 hours so hopeing it will be finished soon, will post the log when done. thanks0 -
Going to cancel the scan been running for over 4 hours, will try to do a scan tomorow. pc running that slow and freezing at the moment it might take a while to complete a full scan. thanks0

Select SAFE MODE WITH NETWORKING
Then run COMBOFIX as posted above.
Then go back into SAFE MODE WITH NETWORKING and run a full scan with SAS:idea:0 -

i clicked on realtek boot agent
so i hope that was the right thing to do.

thats the boot manager
F8 is supposed to be the SAFE MODE
Forget that for now as it could be difficult getting it into safe mode
Run COMBOFIX in normal mode:idea:0
