Natwest ISA Declaration

Under my Natwest ISA declaration,it states:
"I would like to apply to subscribe for a Cash ISA for the tax year 2008/2009 and eachsubsequent year until further notice"
So does that mean I need to inform them of not wanting to open future year ISA's with them,and if so how?
