New Phone, Tv, Broadband Package

Any help would be greatly appricated my 18 month package with Virigin is coming to a end for £29 we get the Large Broadband package (10mb) small telephone package no calls, and Small Tv Package, we want basic telephone with more variety of channels on a larger tv package and the same broadband can we get a better deal with a better company for people that need the infromation, i am running fibre optic broadband, we dont have a bt land line and we have been with virign since it was blueyonder years ago any help or guideance would be greatly appriciated
