Have found them very reliable over 2 contracts as long as you follow the redemption rules.

Always remember 4th bill on the 6th month, the 5th hour of the 7th day. But not with your 7th bill. This needs to be sent on the 3rd week of the 10th month on the seventh hour of any day ending in a "Y", unless any of those days have the letter "d" in them. In which case you've lost your cash back.

You see the pattern. Don't worry you'll get used to it. They may even throw some free ringdings in! :p

Obviously you don't do cashback deals with this company! For those who need to ask, read the thread on Mobiles2YourDoor (same company) and many other threads where all the answers are already given for those who care to search.

I've sucessfully got all my cashback from these guys. they allow 60 day grace to send in and have always sent cheques very promptly. Also helpful phone support. I recommend.

No problems so far, one of the simplest cashbacks I've used. Cheques received in under three weeks.
I've had more issues with the Vodafone signal than getting the cashback (lol) and hope they have a decent o2 offer on soon.
But as a 12 months free on a 12 months deal, I'll "suffer" for a few more months. :D

Why not? This place accepts on-line bills and copies. I never send an original to them.

The main problems with P4U (and presumably Mobiles 2 your Door) is that they don't deal with O2 (best reception round our way) and their best offers are with Vodaphone and P4U say they can't transfer yor number.

They both do o2 deals on their websites.

Available with 14 months free on an 18 months contract.
It used to be 16 months free on an 18 months contract and I wish i had done it then. Hope it comes back soon.

best thing to do is input the dates you need to send the redemption bills off into your phone calender with an alarm to remind you, in fact thats what i used to do for customers when i worked there. providing you have followed all the rules in the t&c they are completely reliable at paying out cashback redemption cheques
