Orange DD prob & Inc Mins

Since the end of Jan06, the inclusive minutes service is unavailable. Last week it said it would be fixed w/c 13th Feb, its now saying w/c 20th Feb!
I was told to use the counter on my phone as they dont have to provide this service. If they are getting rid of it or updating it, wouldn't it have been more useful to tell customers to use their counters before they pull the service for maintenance!!
If I under use my minutes for fear of having a big bill they will NOT carry them forward as a good will gesture, nice and helpful of them!
Also, I went to paying by DD last year as they were charging me a DD fee. Since paying by DD they have charged me the fee every month! They say its sorted but every month I have to get it credited back!!
Does anyone else have these problems with Orange?
I will be leaving orange as soon as my contract ends!

bundled min service is not to be relied upon it is only their as a guidance
re dd - it sounds as if they have not removed the non dd charge from your account so you keep getting charged although the dd is set up. they must be only looking at your bill, see the charge then credit you back
call 152 and ask them to physically remove the charge from your acc
