    ???

Ebay have just reported their best 3 months to date, there are so many 00000s on their declared income that it looks silly.

  • I never did get the call back from ebay but the email has arrived, the gauntlet has been thrown down and the challenge is on - to increase sales by 25% is not going to be that easy .........

So whats this all springchallenge all about and did anyone reach the targets to win anything?
  • It lasts till the end of april but I was short on the march target by around £100 so I'm out already
  • I had my invitation on 23 Feb. It said

    Dear "Moi"

To welcome in the Spring season we are challenging our Top Sellers to increase their eBay sales by 25% for the months of March and April. We have set each of you an individual target based on your previous sales success and there are PayPal vouchers waiting for those that reach or surpass their targets. There is also the chance to win an iPod Video and 100% of your PayPal fees for 2 months if you come out on top in your seller group.

Based on your volume of eBay sales between November 2005 and January 2006 you are in group D and your minimum sales targets are:

    March Sales = £2520
    April sales = £3151

If you meet or exceed these targets you'll be entitled to a PayPal voucher of £55. This voucher will automatically be emailed to your registered eBay email address at the beginning of May 2006.

    Good luck!

It;s probably not eBay employees as such but more an outside company involved either with ebay which is why they dont rweally know\care about the t&cs

Sounds about right. We should know better than to think that eBay might have some staff that are allowed to speak to their customers! :rotfl:
