Please post away.. any relevent TMO - TRO info im sure will come in handy for a ticket issued under TMA 2004 which is a completely different legislation.
Erm. Like I said before, maybe you should check yourself on that before potentially misleading thousands of people?
i had actually taken you to be well intentioned - and still think so.
Thanks for confirming the appalling lack of training for CEOs though.
In what way are TMOs and TROs nothing to do with TMA? How then are they enforced?
Oh - and 'assisted boarding/alighting'? the Adjudicators (very experienced and qualified) were wrong in the PATAS key case of Wanambwa vs Southwark and other cases were they? You know better than them? apparently0 -
following current TMA rules which all councils should follow no loading

That sentence tells me and others that you do not know what you are talking about. Not all councils enforce under the TMA 2004.
Before you offer any more ignorant advice please read the TMA 2004, S.I. 2007/3482, S.I. 2007/3483, RTRA 1984, TSRGD 2002 and TRO Procedures 1996. I'll link them for you below and when you've read and absorbed them, let me know so that I can provide you with the links to the other legislation where it gets even more complicated.
