OSPS- Another Cashback Query

In my order which I received today it has a leaflet "Your Offer Explained"

At the bottom there is a section "Important - Your Cheque back Offer Info".
The totals for this are all 0.00 .

Auto Cheque back x 0.00 0.00
redemption offer - 10 months f
line rental x 0.00 0.00

Bills sent to Car' Warhouse
4th,8th,12th. x.0.00 0.00


According to the welcome pack the totals are supposed to be on this sheet? Is this a standard thing not including totals now? Perhaps a ploy to trip you up when claiming (may enter incorrect amounts on claim form?)

    I think there is a mistake. I have just got mine from e2save, same parent company, and the info on mine is:-

    "Auto Cheque back within 60 days x 110.00 0.00
    redemption offer - 12 months fline rental x 0.00 0.00

    Bills sent to Car' Warhouse 4th,8th,12th. x .0.00 0.00

    Redemption Value £190 available by x 190.00 0.00
    redemption.
    Total 300.00"

    The web page I saw the deal on read:-

    "To gain the remainder of your line rental / cash back please send your 4th, 8th and 12th monthly bills within 30 days of the date stated on the relevant airtime bill, to us and we will credit you by cheque with £63.33 each time."

    If yours does not show the amounts then it may be that the correct info is not on their computer. I would give them a ring or e-mail them.

    I e-mailed them yesterday afternoon and a lady from them rang back at 8.00 last night and sorted out my problem. I had found an error one one of their pages which was not clear.

    She also said that I could send a copy of the bill, if I misssed the first claim I could still get the rest, and that if they do not get your claim via recordered delivery you can send them a copy of the posting certificate and they will pay out.
