Vodafone Upgrade Problem

The same happened to me, I am on 600 minutes and unlimited texts for £12.50 per month, half price for the full 12 month contract.
So, what happened on the first bill, charged £25.00, apparently the half price discount has to be applied manually after the Upgrade date and not on the same day as the upgrade, so I was told.0 -

They were quite happy to put that in a written reply to me.0 -
As I have posted in another thread, I always get a paper contract to sign when ever I have upgraded or changed my contract regardless of which company I am with at the time.
I have been with Vodaphone, Orange and currently T-Mobile (last 3 years). Upgraded last week and got a new paper contract to sign!! It seems I am being treated differently to everyone else on here!! Why would that be????Always get a Qualified opinion - My qualifications are that I am OLD and GRUMPY:p:p0 -

The first bill will be double i believe. As you pay the 1st month you've had it for after it gone by and the next months on top so you've paid for the next month each time.0 -

Are you dealing with a third party like CPW, Phones4U etc? When i've dealt with them in the past then I have had a paper contract to sign but never in direct dealings with Vodafone.0
