    Yes you have to update every 10 years but it costs £17.50 each time (that will go up ofcourse).

    But it is a bargin compared to a passport which is £78!! but there service was excellent got a renewed passport on standard service back on friday after posting on monday!

    No, there is a charge. £17.50 a go. Which isn't bad for once every 10 years.
