Can I join the "ahhhhhhh" club?
I've just been round touching up the paintwork in the hall...all the grubby handprints that wouldn't wash off...the scuffs - the dints.....thought I was being so good......which of course I would have been....had I been using the right colour!!!!!! There's a word I could use....but I'm not sure it would get through the filter.

Sally - 3 hours!! crackers and an apple!! are you sure?? doesn't sound like much to me...
crack on, get B and DH's tea made, set yours aside and eat it after your run....... 8pm is too late to do 8 miles...!I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....(it's part of my charm!)0 -
Well I always get stitch if I run after eating..it has to be well digested, saying that though I guess some crackers and apple is hardly a lot. Just don't want to go out and then have to abort run because of stitch. Think I will head out around 6pm and see how I go, should be back for 7:30 ish then I can collapse. As much as I am looking forward to marathon I am SO looking forward to being able to run when I want and how far I feel like doing. Its too regimented for me I like to be FREEI'll make a wish, take a chance, make a change And breakaway. I'll take a risk, take a chance, make a change and breakaway ....

Thanks Maz. It's one thing I really REALLY miss, having a friend 'close by' to just pop round and natter with. My friend I am giong out with tonight is a paramedic and works daft shifts so we see each other as and when, and whilst I love her to bits-she can be hard work.
My other friends live in bloody BROMSGROVE and BLOODY CONVENTRY. And Leeds and deepest darkest BLOODY SCOTLAND.
