The address appears to be residential, so they probably are all connected. Same kind of businesses too.

Can't find any of these names listed at Companies House except for Bubbles Crew Ltd, who have accounts overdue and a proposal to strike off...I would start with TS, as you are probably not the only disappointed customer.

Thanks. Am having a bit of a panic as I have just gone onto angel bud design website and every company they have worked with have all the same contact numbers. Some have just one digit changed. My concern is that there is a "charity" advertising from the same number. They are using top businesses like Harrods, BMW, British Airways and NO 10 Downing street as previous clients!!!!!!!!!!! OOOOOOEEEERRRRRRR! What a mess?!! What do you think? Could this be a major scam? They are also mentioning Sharon Osbourne and Phillip Scholfield. OMG!:eek:

There is indeed a registered charity called breath of hope, but they are breathofhope.co.uk. the one listed on angelbud is breathofhope.org.uk! Now I don't know an awful lot about this but methinks there is a scam going on!! The link provided by angelbud won't work! I need it to be monday!

Just rang imagination events.......The rudest person in the world has just told me to get lost!!!!!!! Initially the man said that he didn't know who the company was... but by the end of the conversation he said that he knew who ran the company and he would ask them to email me. He then said that I was out of order and incredibly impatient. I told him that the web site said 2-3 days delivery period and he corrected me saying "no it says up to!!!" What do I do now???!!!!!!

Probably is a home address if they are answering on a Sunday.
Suggest you do as advised and try to do a chargeback from your card provider. Then speak to email to TS and ask if they know anything about this company/companies.

received email from face paint company, sent at 12.00am Sunday night. They are saying that they are waiting for stock to come in but if i wanted a refund to let them know. I have replied that a refund would be great......just have to wait and see.

I wouldn't hold your breath. Classic stalling tactic-bet they didn't promise it within 7 days.
