Indeed I believe they have raised the price to stop people wanting to view it! However, they are not using an EA. Perhaps the contract for the house you are looking at involves them paying back the EAs fees if they stop marketing? I've seen that before.
i know some of them have the hip tied in and they have to pay for it after so many months, how many months is it?
do you think if the time limit has came for them to pay for the hip and they have just said leave it for sale0 -
There may be another reason. I have done the HIPs on 2 new flats recently and a problem arose with the boundaries. So far it has taken 8 months for the land Registry to sort this out. In the mean time the flats have remained on the market but the owner has not permitted any viewings.0
