Remove any 'symantec' and 'norton' thats still in there
Download CCLEANER (Make sure you click 'DOWNLOAD LATEST VERSION' ~ make sure YAHOO TOOLBAR is unticked on installation)

Then run the REGISTRY scan (Backup the registry when it asks)
reboot
