Hello angy141
This very old thread that you've found and bumped is better suited to the 'Old Style' board, so I'll move it there.
Hi, Martin’s asked me to post this in these circumstances: I’ve asked Board Guides to move threads if they’ll receive a better response elsewhere(please see this rule) so this post/thread has been moved to another board, where it should get more replies. Hiya,
Does anyone remember the chocolate cement stuff you used to have at school. It was really sticky and literally stuck to the plate when you tried to eat it.
I really fancy making some to bring some old school memories back
Does anyone know what it is called and how to make it?

Sorry, i feel like I am following you about:rotfl:. It's a tricky one as you will see people call different things by different names. So one persons might be a completely different recipe and result, but still be known as chocolate crunch (or what ever)
I suggest you browse the school recipe thread as you will see different descriptions of each recipe and get a feel for what's closest to the one you want to replicate
If anyone else knows the specific recipe to help wssla, please jump in and help
Thanks
