    A friend's parents have offered me a room for £60pw all inc.... so I'm heading to London on the 10th April... Just need to try and let my place now before I leave...

    Have you tried places like Premier Inn / Travel Lodge / Hoilday Inn Express, they may well do some kind of deal being long term (6 months) just an idea.

    There is that couple who actually live in a Travel Lodge because it is cheaper than renting their own home and paying the bills!
