    whinge.

The caravan is jus getting me down - they are not designed for these temps, neither am I and it's a third Winter too far.

Mega dairy on BBC1 -just now - shocking stuff.

Choille, if it helps we still have ice etc way down here. Its only the heat lamps that have given us water back, still none in the troughs. But I think you are brave and send you best wishes.

Can't watch the mega dairy...its disgusting to me that someone sees ''happiness'' in those cows.

No, I won't....we're here to listen...as we can't do anything practical.

I never usually shy away from the realities - used to be part of my job, I just can't tonight.:o

We wouldn't be human if we didn't have days when we just wanted to stay under the covers and forget everything! I think it is inspiring the things you all manage to do.

    What job did you do?

I can't tell you how cold it is, it sounds like I'm just doing a 'my cold, is colder than your cold', but it's...it's...it's Baltic, there I've said it.

We couldn't sleep last night - goodness it was so bright with the moon. So incredibly cold.

The hen we found wedged the other day didn't go in last night. I heard it moving around under the caravan. I didn't know it was a hen/chicken rather until this morning when it started chuckling. How it never got eaten I don't know. It is in this evening - may I add.
We had that happen last year - we heard a wee fella. a young Scot's Grey getting munched beneath us - gawd that was awful.

We have had too early a start to these minus double figures.
