There are lots of fuchsia hedges down here. Could that be what you mean, choille?

No, I do have fushia myself. Itseems to be often used in National Trust gardens through yew hedging. It's a bright red trumpet-shaped tiny fetch-type flower - looks stunning against the green & quite prolific.

Got spindle in our local wood, but I think the bits for cuttings would be about 15' high . Can have a go later in year if no-one has garden shrubs.

That would make sense if it's through yew - pretty dense stuff. I wonder if it's one of the trumpet vine sort of things. I can't remember what it's called

I would not have changed an inch of it. It was amazing. Milan then was a place to be, and this was a new suberb then, linking a village to the city, and everything was stunning quality. Yeah, I can understand that as I had a trauma trashing the rotten sixties caravan that had been left on site. However, we have no such issues here. The kitchen was refurbed probably in the 80s... The bathroom maybe at the same time and it's lavendar. It might be salvaged. Possiblly refitted in the garage!

hi folks, my "cut off legs" have been replaced soooo glad iv got my new hub and am back in action

LIR, i spoke to L re your stone floor in the kitchen [she has similar] and she came up with some ideas..i will explain later. also what is spindle ??

I DID OK ON THE BAY EXCEPT I THOUGHT ID BEEN PAID FOR ALL SO POSTED ALL AND FOUND I HADNT !!:p but having nicked a brief signal up the road id misread all the symbols....:D they hav promised to pay tho now iv explained i was off line ...:D
