Cheapest xnet anytime 500 mins?

Hello.
I was lucky enough to get a great contract deal with carphonewarehouse 12 months ago:
+ GBP5 pcm for 500 mins + 100 sms with 3 (by redemption).
Now my 12 months is up I am haveing real problems finding anything below GBP18.39 pcm, for the same deal!
I'm not really fussed about phones, although I would prefer sonyericsson and I would like to keep my number.
Has anyone stumbled upon any cheap deals out there?
If so, I would be VERY grateful indeed.
