Realised that i cant do a dmp because i need to take my ex's name off my morgage when i get back on my feet..So if i went fo rthe dmp then there isnt a chance in hell that i would get my morgage in my own name.

Even if you had no debts at all, you are spending more than your income... an absolutely impossible situation... as an absolute minimum you must bring basic spending (even without any debt repayments) to less that income.
So first step is to bring basic spending to be less than income:
a. increase income... lodger (I know that didn't work before but things are desperate now) and / or get a parttime job.
b. Cut down on all non essentials, sky, live insurance, mobile all would have to go completely ... even then its not clear that your outgoings are less than your income
Maybe, and only maybe the above two steps will bring a basic balance.
If it does then we can move on, if it doesn't then you will loss the house as you are not yet even paying the secured loan and anyway will soon be unable to pay the mortgage.
So you will then need to sell the house as this is preferrable to just defaulting.
So you most urgent activity is to increase income because I can see no amount of cuts that will save you over 500.0 -
