Withdrawing B & B Shares from Self-Select Barclays ISA

Hi, I'm new to the forum. My problem is I have Bradford and Bingley shares in a Barclays Self-Select ISA for which I am paying a twice yearly extortionate fee. Can anyone tell me if I can get the shares out of the ISA. Barclays have not been exactly helpful on this front in terms of advice, and I was given many different explanations, mostly negative. I'm holding on just in the mostly unlikely senario, that we do receive some compensation but don't want to keep paying out to Barclays for an account with no shares in it.
